Aquest hotel elegant de 5 estrelles va ser dissenyat per l'arquitecte Piero Lissoni i és a 10 minuts a peu de la porta de Jaffa. L'hotel té diversos restaurants i bars, com ara el bar modern Mirror, que ofereix música en directe, o la cafeteria restaurant de temporada, amb vista sobre la ciutat. El restaurant Mamilla Café serveix especialitats locals. Les habitacions de l'hotel Mamilla estan equipades amb TV LCD, llençols de cotó egipci pur i una decoració d'estil modern. Alguns banys tenen una paret de vidre transparent que es pot habilitar i deshabilitar. El centre de benestar Akasha és modern i inclou un spa i una piscina coberta.
